Masaru Emoto Messages From Water Book Review

Dr Masaru Emoto was a Japanese scientist, who did an experiment with water.

He froze water in a refrigerated room, and took the close pictures of water (ice) crystals. The photos taken that way was a revelation. Normal water made some irregular crystal formations, however when beautiful music and words were spoken to water, the crystals made beautiful formations.

On the other hand, when unkind words spoken to water, the formations were irregular and distorted.

The most beautiful formations came when the words love and gratitude were spoken to water for a day.

In his earlier book 'The Message From Water', Masaro Emoto explained this phenomenon along with pictures of water crystals he had taken.

The present hub is about the next book of his, 'Messages from the water and the Universe’. Taking the lessons from his experiment, Masaru Emoto provides the message water was giving through the formations.

Masaru Emoto says ‘All the answers are in water’. He argues that the connection between Divine and human is through water.

The creation started with vibration and vibration happens in varying frequencies. In physics we know that when there is resonance in vibration, the receptivity and energy is increased. In the same way when humans are at the same vibration, co-operation and mutual support happens. Water reacting beautifully to love and gratitude indicates that, it is the way for us also to follow. When we have love and gratitude in us, we resonate with the higher power.

70% of our body is with water. The water inside our bodies also reacts in the same way to positive or negative situations. The water experiment shows that our way to go is in love and gratitude.

Masaru Emoto brings out an interesting concept about the ratio of gratitude and love using the example of water.

How does water store this information?

During his experiments, Emoto observed that natural water from ground formed good crystals and water from tap water made ill formed crystals. This shows the level of contamination due to chemicals and the exposure to consciousness of humans.

To demonstrate this point, he took tap water and asked 500 friends throughout Japan to pray that the water becomes clean. Just after 3 minutes, the photo of water crystals was taken and compared with that of water before the prayer. The water after prayer formed beautiful crystals again.

This clearly shows the effect of thought and consciousness on water. This also shows that similar effect takes place in us, our lives and society based on the consciousness we are creating to and we are getting exposed to.

The message is very clear. Our consciousness can create a new society. Emoto tells that the message from water is to live a life filled with love and gratitude.

Emoto further provides beautiful insights about DNA, virus, deceases and healing, interpretation of Einstein’s equation in a new way and how we can change the world when we change our own consciousness.
